Peppol – e-invoicing. Get ready for 2026
From January 1, 2026, electronic invoicing via Peppol will become mandatory for all B2B invoices in Belgium.
In order to provide the best possible support to the travel sector, the UPAV, VVR, FBAA, and ABTO are publishing a joint sector note setting out uniform guidelines for correct application within our sector. During this conference, we will present the main points of this note, including: invoicing flows specific to the travel sector; the application of the margin scheme in the UBL; the use of appropriate Peppol structures and TaxCategory codes; provisions relating to commissions, self-billing, and collection mandates.
