The entire Van der Valk Hotel Nivelles will be exclusively reserved for BTExpo participants.
This arrangement ensures optimal hosting capacity for visitors and exhibitors in a comfortable setting fully dedicated to the event.
All hotel rooms will be available for overnight stays on November 16-17 and November 17-18, 2025.

From Nivelles Station, take bus line 72, 74, or 77, which stops near the hotel at “Nivelles Shopping”. Check itinerary and schedule online.

They are scheduled on Monday morning and evening from and to Nivelles station to Van der Valk Nivelles.

Do you need a ride between Nivelles and Gent? In case you don’t have a car to travel between our two venues, BTExpo can organise your transportation by car from Van der Valk Nivelles to KAA Gent Arena on Tuesday early morning 7:00 a.m upon request.
