How do I reserve a booth?
Download the order form from the Exhibitors page and return the completed form to ignace.vermeylen@btexpo.com. Our team will contact you within 48 hours to confirm your reservation.
Is there an admission fee for visitors?
No, admission is completely free for industry professionals. You simply need to request your badge online through our partner, OneTec.
When is BTExpo 2026 taking place?
BTExpo 2026 will be held on November 16 and 17, 2026. Day 1 in Nivelles (Van der Valk Hotel), Day 2 in Gent (KAA Gent Arena).
Can I attend the conferences without an exhibitor badge?
Yes, all conferences are open to all badge-wearing visitors, whether they are exhibitors or visitors.
Is there parking on site?
Yes, parking is free at both locations. Free shuttle buses are also available from the Nivelles and Gent-Sint-Pieters train stations.
